Also, Microsoft bought Skype so if you have/had a MSN Messenger account, you can log in with it instead of making a Skype account. It will merge your contacts from MSN messenger

Im aware that the psp did have skype i dont think they would exclude it from that system

but, you never know now that Microsoft bought out Skype a while back...but they still have the service to PSP Vita though, which is good

1. Allows chat around the world and its like msn messenger with phone calling and video chat... However certain things have to payed for... Conference call is literally allowing multiples to talk on microphone but costs money to show desktop. Free to sign up, free to use, Optional payments
2. Simply login and u can add contacts but must sign up first
3. The psp did have skype. Im pretty sure it has it
