COMMISSION INFO/TOS - VERY IMPORTANT
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION VERY CAREFULLY.
So you want a commission, eh? Here are a few things you need to know BEFORE NOTING ME ABOUT A COMMISSION!
How to commission me:
--
1. Have a good idea of what you want! Much like a tattoo artist, I won't tell you what to get! Artistic freedom is appreciated, but only you know what you want!
2. Send me a note stating that you are interested and include what you would like in the commissioned piece! This includes references of all characters involved!
3. I will respond with one of two things: a quote, or a rejection of the commission. Both will be given ONCE at my discretion.
4. If you agree to the price, you send me the payment THROUGH PAYPAL ONLY. Once payment is received, you shall be officially added to my queue!
How slots are claimed:
--
1. Slots will be claimed in the order in which notes were received in.
2. If a slot becomes available due to a cancellation, I will post a journal.
3. If you didn't get a slot, don't worry! I'll open again soon (about once a month or so)!
4. Do not send me notes to claim a slot after they have closed, please.
What to expect from me:
--
1. A fair price. I said fair, not cheap. Yes, my prices have gone up a bit, but keep in mind that this is my main source of income. And I'm nowhere near as expensive as other artists of my skill level. I could charge a whole lot more and get away with it.
2. Your commissioned art in a reasonable amount of time. I will give you a general estimate on how long your piece will take to complete. If any delays surface, I will inform you ASAP (either through direct note or via posted journal). This includes backlogs and other delays
3. All of my effort. Believe it or not, I do take pride in my work, and I will deliver a piece to the best of my abilities. If I feel that I cannot draw what you ask, I will inform you before payment is required. No hassle.
4. A full refund if everything goes to shit. Never before has this happened to me, and I don't plan on letting it happen either. Refunds of any kind will only be given at my discretion. This is non negotiable.
5. An enjoyable commissioning experience! Despite all these harsh-sounding rules and such, I'm generally very friendly! I keep in constant contact throughout the whole process, and hope to become a good friend!
6. Two sketches, and ONLY two. One initial sketch, and one sketch with any changes you mention after I show you the initial sketch. I'm not gonna waste time just because you forgot to mention something. Small details may be added on at my discretion.
What I expect from YOU:
--
1. Politeness. I myself strive for a certain level or professionalism and courtesy when dealing with commissioners, and I expect the same from my clients. TLDR; don't be rude
2. A furaffinity and/or a telegram account. These will be my primary way of staying in contact with you throughout the commission process. While a telegram account is not REQUIRED, it is preferred (it's much easier than notes here on FA, but those are an option as well).
3. Upfront payment. This is the most NON-NEGOTIABLE part of commissioning me. In the past, I've gotten burned by not getting payment up front. Sketching will not begin until payment is completed via Paypal. I DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT OTHER THAN PAYPAL. When sending payment through paypal, DO NOT send it as a gift, I don't mind loosing a few bucks instead of getting my account shut down. I will send you an invoice upon acceptance of your commission
4. A reference of some kind for all characters involved. DO NOT link me to your gallery and tell me to sift through submissions. Whatever you want me to use as a reference, HAVE IT READY BEFORE HAND. No ref, no sale!
What I WILL draw:
--
1. Things rated G-XXX!
2. Nearly any animal!
3. Feral or anthro!
4. VORE!
5. Male or female (maybe herm)!
What I WILL NOT draw:
--
1. Scat or watersports
2. Anything I feel I cannot draw well
3. Fetishes I'm not comfortable or familiar with
4. Humans, human hybrids, or any other sort of humanoid (I just suck at them, ok? I don't want you wasting your money)
NOTE ABOUT RE-UPLOADS: Go ahead and re-upload anywhere as many times as you want, just be sure to give proper credit in the description. A link back to my original post would be much appreciated as well!
And with that, I wish you happy commissioning!
"No ref, no sale." Is this needed for ref sheets from you too, or do we not need one to get one from you?
(Sorry for awkward wording, I can't find a way to ask this in a concise and intelligent manner)
