Then the only thing you can do in that case is to take care of yourself until you feel better, and hopefully your friends will help you back like you've helped them. Sometimes a bit of depression hits us on all of those fronts at once and it's hard to carry on like we usually do, but hopefully you can take comfort in those around you. It's always important to remember that as much as you care about helping everyone else, your own self has to come first every once in a while. It isn't selfish, it's just a matter of getting back to a good place before you can give more of yourself. It happens to us all.

I don't mean to pick bad times to have breakdowns, I have so much going on constantly that I really can't cope with it. I am more terrified then I have ever been. I have never had so much to lose... or anything to lose. I want to make it and have a life with Xander. I fear everyday that I will lose it ... I hate that it breaks through to the surface like that. I am sorry for the timing. I know Im not what you expected during the week. It makes me sad, but its true. During the week I am depressed very much, often sad and very lonely, mostly from being so tired and stressed. I feel like I work hard to make this life and I rarely get to enjoy it, and it breaks my heart.

I am scared, plain and simple. I have never been this afraid, because I have never had this much to lose... I took this gamble to make my family's life better. But I am so close to losing it all that I can see the end... I am sorry

I know dear. I hate seeing you like that and I wish there was something, anything I could do to help you. I want to see you succeed, to have a life with Xander where you and he can be happy. You work hard for it, and you deserve it. I know times are tough, and that you are stressing over it. I'm sorry that I brought my complaints up at the time I did. I didn't want to hurt you, I wanted to talk with you, to work things out, not argue with you and upset you further. That is the last thing I want to do.

We want to help you guys, because of all the help and support you have given us. There is nothing wrong with excepting help when it is offered. You know that Cerunos and I aren't offering because we expect something back further down the road, but because we want to make all of our lives a little better and easier if we can.

I would do anything for you or Xander, all you ever need to do is ask. Let me know what is going on, we can work through stuff together. I am not saying we need to know all the aspects of your guys' lives, but if there are problems, we can sit down, talk about them, and maybe even come up with solutions together. That is what I was trying to do last night. I am terrible sorry if it came off as more a lecture and a moaning session. Seeing how upset you got last night broke my heart, just like my heart broke when I saw Xander get upset about his dad. I am sorry for my part in upsetting you, but I do not regret the talk we had, cause now I am not as ignorant of the situation as I was before, and I believe that was the main catalyst for it, was my ignorance.

You have nothing to be sorry for. Don't worry about showing your emotions, keeping them in can be damaging, trust me, I know, and I am trying to make the change. All we can ever do is learn from our mistakes and try our damnedest not to repeat them. So I thank you for showing me my mistake, and I promise I will try to keep a more open mind about your problems and stresses. I love you dear, I am sorry that I hurt you.
