Cheddar or mozzarella?

We call the them The BIG CHEESE Sticks

Is that just what the employees call them or I that what they're actually listed under on the menu?

On the menu, its listed as Cheese Sticks. but the old poster that hangs on the wall says The BIG CHEESE sticks. We take a 12'' deep pan and put butter, garlic salt and mozz cheese for the large order...half/small order is half that. 1 1/2 in wide sticks, 12 in a large order and 6 in a small order

That sounds DOPE! Out here, cheese sticks are either the actual sticks of cheese, or fried cheese.

They are good. People love them.

Being California, Im surprised yall even have fried food there and it doesnt have a Cancer warning label like everything else around there x3 jk

There's a lot of fried food out here. It probably does have a cancer warning, but if it does, I sure don't pay any attention it. We have fried fish, fried cheese, fried chicken, and then fair foods like fried Twinkies, fried butter, fried bacon, fried Oreos and other stuff. But that stuff you can only get at a fair. I think there's a restaurant somewhere in LA that will fry WHATEVER YOU WANT! You can even bring your own food, and they'll fry it for you, like peanut butter cups and stuff.

Oh god...and I though the South was bad with the fried food. I think yall are worse than we are the the fried stuff
