No more Skype

This is the second DDos 
flarexd and I have gotten. Sooooo no more skype. Even though they are attacking FLARE in particular, I'm not in the mood for taking chances on this since it was a little more serious this time (considering the modem and router got fucking BLOWN)
My last comments were completely on the iphone- we were netless for a looong time- conveniently after flare was spammed with random skype calls from strangers mid-stream.
and yes, we can go through proxies for extra protection, but instead of going that extra mile I'm going to have to say fuck skype, it's not worth the trouble.
I just imagine it's a couple of angry teenagers up way past their bedtime who are bored out of their minds and look for targets via twitch.tv- either that or jealous kids who just hate him for being a little more popular than their crappy streams.
EDIT: And yes, there are ways to find IPs on skype. You can simply google how. Just because you haven't done it doesn't mean it can't be done.

It's less of a worry for me because I cycle through names like nobody's business anyway.

But we're still probably just going to stick with other forms of contact. Because just leave it to that one pissed off "friend" who flips out and throws it around like naked pictures.

* Create a new Skype
* Perform a virus scan
* Be careful with your details
Just my input, it may not mean much but it's something. :)
I am glad barely anyone wants to skype me and I personally don't like telling people my skype unless I know I can trust them to not do anything like that, but even then I know I don't trust many people anyways. You just can't trust many people on the net anymore. Too many hackers that wanna make people miserable. So sad really.
