That being said I've found myself itching to restart my game collection. Years ago I had hundreds of games. Between thefts, desperate need of money, and bad lending policies I have none left. That makes me sad, and just a little angry at myself for giving up so much. I plan to remedy this by starting from scratch,
So, I'd like to know if anyone has any old gaming systems and games they'd like to get rid of. NES would make a great starting point, but I'll be happy to find anything at this point. Have to start somewhere, right?

Always good to meet someone who appreciates those old gems. My childhood had some awesome gaming.
Sometimes you'll get things that don't work, but whatever. Common sense and inspecting the goods goes a long way toward avoiding damaged items. Occasionally with cartridges, you'll run into a dead battery, but they're pretty easy to replace.

One could take the emulation route with programs like Higan (an NES/SNES/etc. emulator) and Kega Fusion (a Master System/Genesis/etc. emulator). And something like the "Xbox 360 Wireless Controller for Windows." This would mean downloading games' ROM files, though, which is illegal.
