Laptop go BOOM!!!

*i just finished burying it in the garden. poor thing. I gave it a nice little funeral even picked it some flowers to lay on the laptop grave. I dunno what happened really. one minute i was hapily working on several commissions, next thing I know black screen and fizzling noise. The fan packed in and then the laptop got crazy hot. I stuck it outside to cool down but currently its dead. yep. im hoping to ressurect it, bring it back from the dead I know ive got a necronomicon around here somewhere.
Its irritating cause ive got a lot of half completed work on that laptop. im oping my computer genius of a husband will be able to ressurect it long enough for me to retreive various files. I need to find the laptop unka runt gave me now and get that all up and running with the various software i need and that'll hopefully tide me over until i can get a computer with big screen estate. now that i have space in this new house i might get a desktop and sit at the dining table to work rather than balancing my tablet on the arm of the sofa and drawing whilst balancing. LOL
Anyway I guess thats me finished drawing for the day until I can figure out the new set up. SMOOO.
Anyway A moment of silence for my poor laptop it survived almost 4 years and in terms of me and tachnology that makes this laptop a veteran *giggles*

Personaly i got a desktop PC few month ago, i buy it in part so i could get exacly what i was wishing and able to play the next genaration of PC game for the 5-7 next years, now i do not understand how i could live with out it for so long:)
But i also go something you should considering having, a Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet, it came with a pen that is presure sensitive and lot of free software like photoshop touch, and i also find a few interesting drawing programe you could use with it.

I hope to produce some art with it soon, but i must admit that i like the touche of the paper went i am drawing:)

The other problem is that laptops are harder to take apart than desktops. With a desktop, you can just unscrew a side panel, slide it out, and vacuum out all the accumulated dust that the fan sucked inside. A laptop takes a lot more effort to take apart, and is even harder to put back together properly. Each one is designed differently, and the screws are often well hidden. You're better off finding an expert to do it for you, or at least finding extensive documentation on your specific model.
