This meet has been going on for a while and since I finally got around to actually making a journal on this website, I figure it's about time to mention this weekly meet on FA.

So what exactly am I talking about?

Well, this is a furry meet that occurs every single Tuesday. The entirety of the meet takes place at several locations over on East Colonial Drive in Orlando, Florida.

The meet starts at 5:30pm at Tijuana Flats (address below). Here we get together and enjoy the Tuesday special - Taco Tuesday - which is $5 (plus tax) for tacos, chips, and a drink. It's up to you if you'd rather eat something else off the menu. You don't have to eat tacos, that's just the special that helped get this started as a regular thing.

After eating, we head over to the Colonial Promenade 6 theater, which is right down the street (address below). Here, we enjoy a movie for a dollar. Yep. One dollar. Cheapest movie in Orlando. The movie is always different every week, with the selection being movies that are no longer in regular theaters, but not quite yet at home. The theater is CASH ONLY. Yes, CASH ONLY. It's a dollar, so scrounge up some change if you have to, or feel free to use the ATM at the location. Movie times vary, anywhere from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Usually the movie is between 7:00pm and 7:30pm, but definitely not always.

After the movie, we head on over to Steak 'n Shake who have a very high tolerance for our massive groups and have been very welcoming. We usually grab some shakes or a snack. Again, there isn't any obligation to eat. It's up to you. Just coming to hang out is good. After we've had our fill at Steak 'n Shake we all gather in the parking lot and hang out. At this point, some of us even get in suit (I've done so myself already). We have stayed out till 3:00am before.

We regularly have 25+ people show. The current official attendance record is 81 people. You do not need a formal invite to show up, and we do not shun people away. Consider this your invite if anything. We'd really like for anyone and everyone who might be interested to join us. Seriously, it's fun.

If you do decide to come, please feel free to join us at any of these locations throughout the night. We have some come for just tacos, just the movie, or just Steak and Shake afterwards.

This meet has gone off without a hitch every Tuesday since August 2012.
