If it causes depression have you considered doing a FtM transgender? I know of a few people who have done that and have been 10x happier with themselves since they had done it.

The NHS has bad rep dealing with transgenders, and in the long run it is an expensive and painful ordeal. And there's the fact of my mother, who probably wouldn't take too kindly to me drastically changing my body lol.

As for painful: I believe that depends. You don't have to go through any surgeries if you don't want to. Many don't, since (at least bottom) surgeries are comparatively poor next to MTF operations. Clears out some of the expense- Some people decide not to undergo hormone therapy, too, but that doesn't really cost too much.

If I did go ahead with this, the most I would do is top surgery. Bottom surgery just doesn't look like it's worth the risk at the moment. It's too.... fake for me. But the likely hood of me starting the transition is very low due to my fear of hospitals lol
