Jim Ive enjoyed since the movie First Bitten but my favorite characters of his were the ones from In Living Color ... Vera and Fire marshal Bill were faves from that show

Winters was Robin Williams idol and in an interview I saw Williams said working with him on Mork and Mindy was a dream come true. [Before Winters joined the cast filming each episode took 5-8 hours from Robin's cut-ups cracking up the cast and crew. Due to both of them together the cut-up ratio went up by almost 10X and typical filming time was 10 hours per episode.] Winters was a very funny man that will be sorely and deeply missed.

Met him when i was working at Hanna-Barbera. Briefly, during a story meeting, and then just the two of us chatting going to the dinky elevator - riding down - walking with him to the main doors. A very nice man. Was neeters to meet him.
