Payment Policies:
*Payment must be made in USD (United States Dollars). To convert your currency to USD use this: http://www.xe.com/ucc/
*Payment method accepted online is Paypal.

If you have a debit or credit card you can still use Paypal without creating a Paypal account.
(I would be willing to consider adding other online payment options in the near future such as: Serve, Alert Pay, Dwolla, Amazon Payments, and Google Checkout.)
*Payment accepted via snail mail include Money Orders, Traveler's Checks and Cashier's Checks - from US banks only.
*No pre-made piece(s) of jewelry will be altered or shipped until full payment has been received.
*No commission work will begin until full payment (for orders under $50) or a deposit (for orders over $50) has been received.
*Multiple payment arrangements can be made for orders over $50. Deadlines for the remaining balance can be worked out. If needed these deadlines can be extended upon request on a case by case basis.
*There will be a 25% rush order fee added to the entire orders (minus shipping costs) if requested to complete and ship a custom order in less than seven (7) days within the USA and twenty-one (21) internationally. This fee only applies to new custom commissions.
Shipping Policies:
*I can and will ship my jewelry across town or around the world.
*I can combine shipping on multiple items in the same order going to the same address, just ask!
*Unless otherwise requested, I usually ship using the US post office/USPS Monday through Friday.
I cannot ship anything on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays since the post office is closed.
*I can ship either with the US post office/USPS or the UPS Store in my area.
Shipping prices with the post office starts at $4 USD with tracking. The UPS store starts at $12 USD with tracking.
*After orders has been mailed, I will send tracking numbers either by a note on FA or a short e-mail usually within 24 hours.
*Delivery times will vary depending on where you live. For faster shipping options such as priority or overnight delivery there will be additional charges.
For International Delivery Only:
*Import duties, taxes, custom clearance and other charges are -NOT INCLUDED- in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country for any additional rules, regulations, duties or taxes that may apply. I will -NOT- be held responsible for any additional fees your country may require to release your package.
*It's illegal (technically fraud) to falsify customs declarations (what it is or its value) or mark an item as a "gift" in order to avoid customs fees. I will -NOT- do it, so do not ask!
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds Policies:
Exchanges/Returns:
*I must be contacted within 72 hours after your order has been delivered if the package is DOA or is the wrong item.
a) If the item is DOA, please take several pictures of the package/shipped item(s) and e-mail me for additional instructions. I will be filing a claim with the post office or shipping service.
b) If you received the wrong item (Ex: you ordered a blue glass bead necklace but received a pair of red store earrings) please calmly and respectfully contact me about the situation with your personal photo(s) of the item that you received. I will do my best to correct this situation in a professional and timely manner.
*If you received the correct item that your ordered, but you want to return it for any reason within 7 days - see Returns.
Returns
Returns/credits/refunds are accepted if...
a) I am contacted within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving shipment. Please include your reason why this item is being returned and what action you would choose - exchange/credit/refund - to remedy the situation.
b) Item(s) must be mailed back to me within seven (7) business days of this contact. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
c) Item(s) must be in original re-sellable condition.
d) After receiving the returned item(s) and verifying the condition, I will issue an exchange, credit, or refund for the value of the item only (minus shipping and insurance costs).
All credit for returns is valid for thirty (30) days.
No refunds/credits will be given if...
a) Buyers remorse / changing your mind for any reason after 7 days from verified delivery. After 7 days, all sales are final.
b) Custom or pre-made orders -CANNOT- be returned if damage occurred due to buyer abuse or neglect. This includes unstrung, intentionally damaged, or altered items. This also includes missing parts or pieces in returned items.
c) Loss on contact with customer after thirty (30) days after several contact attempts have been made.
d) Inappropriate/unprofessional/disrespectful behavior at any time.
e) Buyer displays extreme impatience after the order has been successfully shipped.
The waiting period is fifteen (15) days for USA domestic mail and thirty-one (31) days for international mail. I can file a claim to find out where the package is assuming the mail lost it after the waiting period.
My Personal Policies:
*I take personal pride in my talent, know the value of quality materials, and realize my time as an artist is valuable. My prices reflect all of these factors, so I can earn enough to pay for my expenses, and my business can be successful and profitable. If after re-reading the above sentences, you still want to complain about my prices being too high - DON'T!
*Unless I am told there is a specific date that a custom order must be completed in upfront, I will not assume that there is not one. Orders will be completed and shipped in the order they are paid for. Custom orders can take up to 30 days to complete depending on a variety of factors - including but not limited to - how soon the order is paid for in full, the order's complexity, if I need to order additional materials, and any downtime I have to personally take due to school, work, handling personal drama, or being sick.
For custom commissions only! If you have a firm deadline in mind, please understand, I will most likely be able to fulfill most orders if I am given enough advance notice. This is to ensure your order will be completed on time and will contain the highest quality work I am capable of. If additional materials must be ordered to complete your custom commission, this could push the deadline back to allow time for shipping of those materials. Therefore, there will be a 25% rush order fee added to the entire order (minus shipping costs) if requested to complete a custom order in less than seven (7) days for the USA and twenty-one (21) days for international orders.
*If I have lost contact with a commissioner who has already paid in full I will do my best to:
a) Send a reminder message within 7 days of lost contact.
b) Stop work and move project to the back burner after 14 days of lost contact.
c) Will cancel the commission entirely after 30 days of no contact.
No refunds or credit will be given for cancelled commissions due to a lack of communication (unless there are extreme extenuating circumstances that will be determined on a case-by-case basis).
Any completed work will be sold. All unused materials will be returned to my inventory.
*If payment has not been received within a reasonable time frame, a strike will be given to the commissioner for non-payment. Three strikes earned means the individual will be blocked/banned from all future business with me both online and in person.
*I have the right to refuse service to any individual at any time at my personal discretion. If any individual chooses to behaves inappropriately (not limited to but including: behaving in a disrespectful manner towards me, my business, or my fiancee); I have the right to cancel all business dealings with this individual (if any), and report/block/ban this individual from all future communication with me both online and in person.

In rare circumstances, life happens which can result in longer than unexpected delays in completing orders in a timely manner. In these cases, I may choose to send patient and understanding customers a discount code. This code can be used on your next paid order of any pre-made, custom commission, or auctioned item (assuming you do win the auction). This code is valid for one (1) piece of jewelry or one (1) jewelry set on your next paid order. These offers are one time use only and will expire on December 31st of the year that they are issued. To use a discount code, just add the given codeword(s) in a special note at the bottom of your order. You could also note me on FA a short reminder to apply the discount before sending payment.
This discount cannot be applied to shipping, insurance, gift wrapping, extra charges for additional materials, or rush orders. This discount is not transferable to anyone else, for any reason, at any time.
