Just to clarify, I'm an English guy living in Australia on a year's Visa. I arrived mid August 2012. Before that I worked in a little pharmacy/ chemist in my village. Now, that little chemist has always ALWAYS had batshit insane pharmacists working for it. ALWAYS. The latest one just takes the proverbial biscuit though.

I worked with my mum as well, we both took care of the shop floor area while two others kept the pharmacy part in line, one pharmacist and one assistant. Neesha, our latest pharmacist for a few years now, is a social retard with unsure ambition and a serious princess syndrome.

She's also a liar.

My mum has been let off work recently because she's allegedly been bullying Neesha for months now. Basically, my mum disagrees with Neesha and Neesha doesn't talk to her for a week. That's kinda the extent of it... When my mum puts down the receiver after a rather infuriating phonecall, she says "Seriously, I wish they'd employ people who could talk English", this was seen as the last straw of evil racism and the bigwigs of Day Lewis came in and told my mum that she was being suspended (with pay though so HAHAHAHA) while an inquiry into the diary entries that Neesha was making are looked into.

Best response my mum gave was "Well I'm going to have to break the news that I'm racist to my sister and brother in law, since my sister is a converted muslim and her husband is from pakistan..."

The kick in the teeth for my mum however was that allegedly I am also one of these bullies. I admit that sometimes I joked at her expense, but she was always my superior and I respected her word down to the last syllable. I may have tapped her on the arm once, can't remember why, but I certainly did not PUNCH HER IN THE STOMACH during work hours. I shouldn't care, since I don't work for Day Lewis anymore, but the fact is that if all this is found true, it could have backlashes on future employment in England...

I mean Christ, I don't understand how anyone can actually make blatant lies and think they can get away with it. The mere fact that Neesha is doing this in a village that MY MUM HAS LIVED IN ALL HER LIFE WHERE EVERYONE PRACTICALLY KNOWS HER is testament to how goddamn stupid she really is.

I don't give a fuck. Her name is Neesha, and I hope to God she reads this because I want her to know that I will never forgive her. I want her to know that if she fails in whatever constructive dismissal bullshit she's trying, it will stain her otherwise perfect career for the longest time.

Man, I'm angry xDDD but it's hilarious at the same time. Now I understand why mum didn't want me to return, my hometown is full of goddamn idiots.

So in passing, I want to thank everyone who takes commissions from me so I can live without answering to anyone else but a client. I love you all and I hope my art makes your days when the final product reaches you <333
