Collections can't do anything more than harass you. They can't garnish your wages or repossess your things. All they can do is threaten you and speak with an authoritative tone.

You could send them ten dollars a month until it's all paid off and there's nothing they can do about it. It was designed that way to keep people from dying in the street.

tried to set up a payment plan with them?

they decided they would take a hundred out of my account every month till it's paid how i know this is they over drew my account by doing this i called them and asked why they were doing this and how did they get my info, they said it wasn't suppose to start till next month and they were sorry that this happened...blah blah, then she said but just to let you know you should make sure that you have 100 in there every 19th of the month they will take it out. i ranted and raved, how did you get my info! , how can you just take money out of someones account with out there permission. she just said srry. so yeah i need to make an extra 100 a month so i would get over drawn again.

i guess thats a payment plan it was a lil one side on the decision making of it.
