The explosion in Texas wasn't connected to any malicious intent, and was the most destructive. The one positive thing I have to say about the bombing in Boston is that there is no shortage in any photo or video of people doing their best to help one another. That's humanity.

That restores my hope a bit in humanity to be honest. Thanks though for all of your efforts as well pup, stay strong for us all v.v and I'll do my best as well! ^^

Well I guess it shows that we have great defense when it comes to any sort of terrorism inside and out considering the bombs didn't hurt as many people as the scum wanted to considering how bunched and overcrowded the streets were in Boston for the marathon but damn. I didn't even hear about the explosion in Waco. All the news is only talking about the bombing to scare everyone up and don't even cover all the poor folks in the fertilizer explosion?? I'll be sure to donate to the Red Cross, they're one of the most trusted and groups I donate to ^^

Actually, it's likely that the bombing was designed more to grab attention than to kill. Between the explosives used (could have been WAY more powerful), and that the bombs were packed with ball bearings and nails, it was made to injure many and cause a wide spread / make a scene.

Very confusing. I don't understand the motive here.

The texas one cooould just be an unfortunate accident, so no evil would be pressumed from that one but its still a horrible event in itself

I do not like school much. But I asked them to donate blood. And tomorrow, many people are coming to donate blood.

its tradjic i know at least it wasn't as bad as it could've been they say... still its sad to see those inocent lives lost for no apparent reason ugh makes me mad

While I'm not a native son of the city or region, I spent the best four years of my life in Boston and still feel a strong connection to the city today. The bombings shook me in a way that few events ever have. I still have plenty of memories of going to Copley Square every year to watch the race.

In addition, as a runner, the Boston Marathon was always a particularly inspiring event, and I always thought as I watched: "I'm going to run this one day."

I don't know how much of this feeling is just kneejerk reaction, but I'm more motivated than ever to make April 21, 2014 that "one day." I don't know how hard it is to get a spot in the race as a charity runner, but if I can I would love to run in support of the Red Cross and any other fund that the victims wish to support.

I've been running for three years now and I know that a marathon is very much in my reach, especially with a year to get ready. When I get the chance I'll look into running as a charity fundraiser and if I can work with FFL on it I would be honored to do so.

Note I will not try to run it in fursuit though =P

I'm over the Boston bombings since the Media is just blowing it out of proportion (Yes i do care for those who died), but that explosion is Texas is a true disaster. I know my Big bro always donated blood when he's home in Texas, i guess i should start doing the same.

While it is comforting to some people I suppose, I'm very thankful for journals like TK's that asking for proactive things out of people like donating blood and money to the people in need instead of something as easy as a prayer.

While its still very sad what happened in Boston, I'm shocked I just now learned about the explosion in Texas so yeah that shows what has been circulating in the news more. News programs eat up stuff like bombings so now they have something to run on 24/7. Times like this I tune out of the news to keep out of a hysterical state of mind.

Im so sad.. They invited The Sandy Hook elementary That had their kids killed Just have to be injured in the Boston Marathon bomb sniffles* I am so sad an 8 year old boy died and 29 yr old girl and a Collega graduate died... I Will Pray for all of those ppl Tonight
