Updates and Such...

Since my remaining uncle is taking care of my deceased uncle's affairs it's become my job to take care of my aunt's. Which I don't really mind doing, but it won't really be easy...
I did find a will of sorts however, it's a hand-written will so there will be a lot of issues. New Mexico doesn't recognized hand written wills unless there were at least two witnesses present at the time it was written and they signed it too. No one even knew this will existed and my aunt was the only one who signed it.
The only reason this may cause problems is because we're worried my mother may try to stake a claim over my aunt's valuables and vehicle. And since she's a living relative it may make it more difficult for my uncle and I to distribute her belongings as she wished...
Technically, I was named the sole heir on her will. She wanted me to have anything of her's that was left after she died. Though there was quite a few things she promised to my remaining uncle and her best friend and I'd really like to see them get what my aunt wanted them to have. I really don't want my mother to get anything because she'll probably sell of it and either shoot it up her arm and down it in a bottle of liquor...
This also raises the issue that my aunt's name is on the title to my care. When I bought the car I wasn't able to be put on the title because I don't have a license so my aunt put her name on it until I could get it transferred into my name.
We were actually going to transfer it into Greg's name sometime this summer so it would be easier for us to get our own insurance on it, but my aunt passed before we could do that. So my mother may actually be able to take my care from me.
I'm also trying to find her life insurance policy that she left for me but with no luck. She made it a point to tell me exactly where it was and that if anything happened to her, that's the first thing I should do, but it looks like it was moved. I'm really hoping to set some aside for my brother, uncle, her best friend and pay my uncle back for her cremation costs, but without the insurance that won't happen. So that's just more phone calls I need to make and more papers to sort through.
I'm trying my hardest to figure all of this out... My aunt was the most important person in my world and we were very close so this hasn't been easy on my at all. But I'm trying to sort through this mess as quickly as I can.
I know I have to get back into commissions as soon as possible. Not just for those of you waiting but because I need to make enough to cover my bills this month still. With my cat's vet bills and all this with my aunt I haven't really made a single penny towards that so I need to pick up the pace and get back to work.
I apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused. Just hang on for a bit longer and things should go back to normal...

OP
Commissions are a part of real life for me since they pay my bills. But thank you, I understand what you're trying to say. And it's very appreciated.
