90sgirl**since I want to do commissioning seriously I decided to work on my TOS and get them uploaded*
Terms of Servie
Contact: Either note me on my FA or send me an email at Jadebastet@yahoo.com. I would highly suggest you put your user name and FA so I know that it is not spam or mistake them for something else.
Payment: Projects under $50 must be paid immediately, payments above that [especially if they are above $100] I will be willing to make a “payment plan” with you. Just know that I will NOT start the project until the down payment is made and of course you will not receive the finished project until it is paid in full.
Regarding refunds: I will give a refund but ONLY for the uncompleted work. Ex: you get a full color that is say $50 but something happens and you have to cancel, but I have the line work done [you approved it prior and all that jazz] and the line work cost about $20, then you will get $30 back and of course the completed line work. *in special circumstances I will give a full refund*

Please have all these things available:
A. Reference sheet [or up to 5 pictures of the character]
B. Theme/mood
C. Style (realistic, semi-realistic, cartoony, super cartoony] I can also adjust my style if needed.
D. Rating
E. What? [Simple as that, what do you want to see in this picture? Or do you want it to be artist/music reign? ]
**what is music reign?
Simple, I flick on my ipod, set it to shuffle, hit the button 3 times, and draw what ever comes to mind! Just be warned, I have some strange music tastes that pop up every now and then so it’s suggested that you state what you’ll be comfortable with**
2. Approval: Once approved I will ask you to send payment and when received I will start the sketch, and send it. Sketches will normally take me about 5 mins. But it can really really vary. My sketches tend to look pretty bizarre as I get crazy with them. Mainly what I will be asking is if the basic pose is what you are looking for. When you feel satisfied with it then we’ll move to the next step.
3. Inking: Inking is tricky as I am very very picky about, and it is the longest process. There are no limits to changes [ok there is a minor limit, basically if it goes beyond reasonable] What I will do is send the first inking, you will either give me a go ahead and color or ask me to fix. When fixing I will make a red line showing where the fix will be made, if it feels ok to you I will fix the ink and send it again once more to be sure that you are ok with it.
4. Coloring: Coloring for me is very fast and straight forward. Once I color I will send it to you for approval, making fixes where needed. Shading is the very very last thing I do, and may do several versions of it. You can request a certain kind of shading or just choose a favorite.
5. Finish! I’ll send you a high resolution and a small resolution for upload in a .PNG [if uploaded you must credit me as the artist]
**Turn around, I always say 2-4 weeks completion time. I do work very fast, I can get a flat color done in a day, but sometimes things come up or I hit a rut. 2-4 weeks gives me enough time to contact you and send WIPs for your approval and of course go over how things look.**
IMPORTANT: Feel free to contact me when ever, but do NOT pester. I do try to notify people when something comes up. Any journal of mine that states *UPDATES PLEASE READ* means that, something has come up that could impact how fast art work gets done. Also on a rare occasion I’ll go into a depression or a nervous attack and I just won’t be able to work. Normally they last about a few days to a week and it takes me about a few days to get up the urge to work again. In the event this happens and it really pushes me over the dead line then there can be a few options: Complete refund, or if you would like, a free line art.
Here is a basic schedule I go by:
Monday: Commission work/Graphic Novel
Tuesday: Commission work/Graphic Novel
Wednesday: Lazy day
Thursday: Commission work/Personal/Graphic Novel
Friday: Commission work/ Personal
Saturday-Sunday: Personal/ Graphic Novel
Will dos:
M/F, M/M , F/F, herms, cubs in non-sexual situations, different body types and species, quite a bit of fetishes [however if I REALLY don’t feel comfortable with it then I will decline]
Will nots:
Scat, water sport, cubs in sexual situations, anything racially insensitive, offensive, or demeaning to anyone, anything goes against my own morals [again if I don’t like it then I will politely decline and direct you to an artist I know that will do what you are looking for]
I’m not familiar with too overly weird stuff so pretty much just ask, the worse thing I’ll do is say no.
