It acts as a "mark" or "brand" in which the one to which the seal is applied is marked as belonging to another; in other words, it is a seal that a "master" puts on a "slave" in order to show ownership. The seal connects the two and can act as a restraint to stop them moving too far apart, or as a tracker to let them locate each other. Also, depending on how the seal is used, it can allow for a mental link between those who have it, allowing them to communicate with their thoughts, or even mentally control one another or shift their consciousnesses between different bodies.

If ability please describe what the ability does. A convenience type seal, it generates a temporary field of dry heat that surrounds the person who activates it. does not burn or even make them uncomfortable however.
If special use please describe what it be used for. useful for drying off after getting ones fur clean, or after being caught in a rainstorm. basically an Omnidirectional blowdryer, without the blowing, and 100x the effectiveness.

The dominate half being different as the family bloodline go's down the generation, as each side sways in dominance with each chosen alpha..be it Feline or Canine.. this seal being Leons, who has a Feline dominate generation. It calms the dominate feral instincts of his fathers Lion side by harmonizing it with the other more submissive mothers wolf side of his instincts/personality/traits.

Harmonizes the soul with the stitched-together body of creatures known simply as Specters, allowing them to hold together and become fully living beings. Also grants the usage of certain magics to the Specter depending on who it is used by and where.

If special use please describe what it be used for. Prevents the Specter from falling apart or the many pieces rejecting the soul that brought it all together. Allows them to fully live, rather than giving a hollow life obeying the command of another.

If a bloodline please describe the bloodline. It is a seal that had initially been given to the very first Specter when he was still living. His desire to go beyond the flesh and into a perceived immortality drove his need to find something more. His research and tireless search lead to him discovering an unusual seal that was said to have magical properties and capable of 'mending the flesh into something greater'. In his greed he did not consider the possible consequences and used it once he returned home. When he did, fragments from the various skulls he kept around his room pieced together into one coherent image. Parts of animals dead or still living were taken from the vicinity and used to construct the body. Then his soul was torn from his body and set inside of the creature he now was. And while it may have constructed him from a mis-match of beasts and humans alike, the seal did him at least one favor: it melded everything together so that he would look less like a patchwork monstrosity and more like something that could have existed.

Now he has passed it on to those who desire the same as he did, creating a bloodline not tied by blood, but by one desire. These people have been aptly named Specters, and the line that ties them together is known simply as the Bloodline of the Damned.

There is also a myth tied to this seal that states there is only one. In reality, once the seal is used it becomes permanently attached to the user, carefully hidden away within their body. Once it has been successfully melded to the flesh of the owner, a new seal will generate on the users hand to pass on to the next they deem 'worthy'. ( this is a requirement so no seal is god mod) Although the seals have carefully hidden themselves away within the flesh of a Specters body, minimizing their size for its continued existence, the seal CAN be damaged or completely destroyed. If damaged the Specter will begin to act erratic and in some cases become murderous, generating tales of men who kill in the night and that cannot be seen. In other instances it will destabilized the harmony between soul and body, causing pieces to drop off. If destroyed, the soul will vacate the body and be absorbed into the remnants of the seal; an eternal prison.

The Indigo family is of a bunch of indigo colored canines who sport a rotund-like body. It is a requirement for members to be big and fast at the same time. So the seal gives them extra power and support.

If yes on seal ability , special use, bloodline use , or others what is it weakness? It's mostly a bloodline thing, but anyone can use the seal provided if they have enough conditioning and training. The duration of the seal's power varies between individuals. A beginner would probably manage up to about 10 secs, while an advanced user could last for more than one day. When the seal powers down, the user is left very exhausted, even moreso if they're apart of the Indigo bloodline. Though energy can be regained by eating food, or by meditation, it can take a while.
