normal commissions should be open again soonish, so i wanted to inform you all of some changes!

Payment Methods: I am now going to be using Paypal invoices instead of normal payment. I am still going to be allowing "half now/half later" payments, so it's a little weird, and this is how it will work. after i "okay" your commission via email, i'll send two invoices to your provided paypal address. one will be for half the payment, and will be due within 48 hours. the other will not have a due date, and must be paid before i'll send you you finished commission. you can pay them both at once if you'd like, but if you do not pay the first within 48 hours, i'll retract both and drop your commission. this is a much more reliable and safe form of payment, even if the way i do it will be a little confusing >.>

Extra Fees/Privacy: there will be a 30% extra fee the keep a commission Private. this ONLY applies if i am not allowed to post the commission anywhere at all, use it for anything, etc. it hurts my business to not be able to "advertize" these works that could turn out to be very good and different from the norm. the does NOT apply to things like gifts, where i wait for your "okay" to post the picture, since it still gets posted. another option it does NOT apply to is posting the picture but keeping the commissioner anonymous. this would mean that i just don't put your name anywhere in the submission/description/etc.

that's it! whenever life decides to stop being incredibly busy and letting me have TIME -.- i'll get my current stuff finished, and then small blocks of normal commission slots will start to be open after may starts!
