I think I am

I like to think i most diffidently am. For one I share a common trait that most dragons have, the "pounce or ponder" instinct. Which means I tend to either make a snap decision - or else spend hours, days, or even years laboring over an idea, with little middle ground between the extremes. As well as a love for knowledge and a tendency to hoard any thing that may catch my eye.

OMG I'm like that too! I had worried that the hoarding thing might not be considered a specific Dragon trait, so glad to hear you mention that!
I also have that decision making thing sometimes, with the taking forever to come to a decision or just jumping into things...

No. Although I've given Dacius a great deal of my own personal traits, great respect and kindness towards others, working towards enlightenment and unity with the universe, following the order of the way things are, quick to forgiveness regardless of discrimination towards myself etc. the animal aspect reflects what I want to be: Quick, cunning and audacious, basically, everything that Aesop made foxes out to be. I, myself, am clumsy, shy and would rather use brawn over brains.
