No, I don't believe it's real.
First of all, I couldn't find any evidence to prove that they'll have a kid in the next season. The video also does not exist as far as I can tell (unless it's private).
Second, I believe Cadence's mane has a white gradient in it whether she's inside or outside (correct me if I'm wrong)
I also noticed that Twilight looks different from the show. Her mouth and eye shape look different, and I don't think they use shading for anything other than the legs on the far side (again, correct me if I'm wrong)
Also, one of the most important things in my mind; Twilight's cutie mark is wrong! It has 5 small stars on it. The one on the top left is missing.
