Right?! Still, things in here I've never thought to do (Such as color coding). Now I'm hitting myself for making everything harder.

Just things organization wise. While animating usually I will have 40+ layers, and never thought to color-code them so their easier to find. Most of the stuff in the tutorial I've already learned on my own, but small things like that which I've never thought of could help!

Also I've found that you can do all the separating of the picture in AE if need be. Photoshop makes it easier but if your limited it can be all AE based.

oh I see, yeah sure! Another thing that really helps to don't go crazy is control everything with nulls and lock/hide the rest of the layers.
do you separate the whole picture right in AE? but do you paint the hidden parts right on AE as well? tell me more about it lol

I usually re paint and separate in AE, so it's all in one place and I don't have to render a bunch of times. The painting tools in AE are actually sufficient for what I need them to do.

I feel like I would enjoy talking more on this with you.

Um Besides After Effects , What all Tools Are Needed ? Cause I don't have photoshop ~

you can use Gimp for editing the images and Blender to animate, both are free and open source :)
though the animation technique may variate a bit, but the principles are the same

I have the Gimp and am familiar with it , but Blender ... I couldn't figure it out even with tutorials (( was trying to do 3D stuff with it ))

blender is really confuse for me, I don't even understand how to create a cube!

Frame by frame is unfortunatley several times more time-consuming. Though if your animating only a couple seconds, that should only be around 24 frames you need to draw if your aiming at 12 frames per second.

Still, thats 24 pictures.

Really cool. I already do animations similar to this, but I don't do the null objects or parenting or any of that extra stuff. Maybe I'll start doing that stuff later on, but this is very helpful. Thanks for making this!

Nearly there, I stretch out my arm, goal isn't that far !

I'm here at phase 10 and that's where I get a bit lost, Are you parenting null objects to your body pieces, each to his own group(like hand+arm), or are you parenting them between null objects ? (my brain can't resolve correctly this answer apparently_y...)
The rest shouldn't pose to much trouble, if I understood it right. The null objects will be keyed instead of the pin points am I right ?)

Place null objects where you would put puppet pins, as linking them together makes them easier to manipulate.

m_m I think I see now, ok you don't parent them directly, you do that only with the code your adding later on, ok. I thought you had to parent them like we did previously with the different body parts. Thanks !_!

question... can i use paint.NET too? i mena its like photoshop... isn it?

Since AE, Flash and Photoshop are all made by adobe, they are very similar in regards to handling and interface, and you can work directly from a project file, all layers are intact and retain their effects. Sai can work since you can save files as a PSD but I'm unsure about other programs.

Does it work with photoshop 0.7?

If you do the Cum at some pics you do an own layer or do you pin them to the models itself?

Cum is tricky as its actually frame by frame animation imported into the project and then liquified/visual effects.

Are there any other programs you can recommend of After Effect?

A free one would be ideal, I have tried to download Blender but it always give me the not responding error.

I tried using your tutorial, but then I noticed I don't have after effects! O.o
Which is strange, since I was told I got the whole adobe package and after effects shouldn't be missing

quick question...when it comes to tracing your picture on photoshop.... have you ever use the "Quick Select" option? I noticed it makes tracing a piece of cake instead of using the lasso tool
