I'm seeking those interested in helping out with a fundraising option. What I'm looking for is artists willing to donate their time and skills to help my husband and I raise money towards our In-Vitro drug costs. We have the procedures covered, but we still lack about $8,000 for the medications.
If you are possibly interested, what I'm looking for is a few artists willing to donate art commissions of their choice- icons, badges, sketches, color pieces -- whatever level you feel comfortable with and that you can handle based on your time and commission status. You can dictate your own terms and completion times. I'm looking at holding a ladder auction where the prize levels go up by $100, and the higher the price, the more prizes the winner receives. I have a couple artists already on board, myself included, but am be looking for more.
EDIT: I have quite a few badge offers already, so I'd like to see some variety- icons, character sketches, colored pieces, or even crafts if you can offer them! There's even have a donated custom tail commission in here!
EDIT 2: I have so many offers for icons and small pieces that I don't think we need any more, so thank you folks! What we need now are high quality, full color pieces, something for the higher end of the auction tier. If you can offer something like that, let me know!
It's perfectly understandable if you can't donate anything or can only do something little; after all, we're all busy busy folks and everyone has different obligations. But if you can spare the time and effort, it would be very much appreciated, and you would be helping bring a new life into the world.
