With  furdu behind us for another year we thought we'd take the chance to give a shout out to the other great meets and conventions that are still to come this year:

BunFur:
When: June 15-16
Where: Bundaberg, Qld
Key info: Back for its second year, BunFur promises to be even bigger and better this time around! Only a month to go, so get in quick if you plan to give this one a look.

CBRFUR:
When: July 20-21
Where: Canberra, ACT
Key info: A furry get together in our national capital.

RivFur:
When: August 2-4
Where: Brisbane, Qld
Key info: Queensland's longest running furmeet/con. This year will see Rivfur continuing to grow, with one of the biggest changes being that for the first time ever it will be largely based out of a hotel running with a more convention-like feel to it. There will still be plenty of fun to be had out and about as well, though!

FurJAM:
When: September (dates TBA?)
Where: Sydney, NSW
Key info: FurJAM is one of Australia's longest running furmeets. Comprising of a casual get together with various fun events over the course of a weekend, FurJAM has long provided a great opportunity for furs from abroad to get together in the idyllic back drop that only Sydney can offer.

FurWAG:
When: October 4-6
Where: Perth, WA
Key info: With the bi-annual Perth Fur Gathering no longer occurring, Perth is now lining up to host a whole new furry event. With an aptly selected theme of "The Maiden Voyage" for their first year as a fur con, the FurWAG team are promising to deliver an awesome event full of piratey goodness!

A Very Furry Halloween:
When: October 26-28
Where: Melbourne, Vic
Key info: It's back! Inspired by the old school Midfur meets from the days before it became a convention, the team behind Midfur/Confurgence are once more delivering a weekend of furry fun for Halloween 2013. Could there really be a better time of the year to chuck on your ears and tails and party?

Confurgence:
When: January 10-12 2014
Where: Melbourne, Vic
Key info: Australia's longest running furry convention and meet running under a whole new name! January 2014 will see MidFur re-branded as Confurgence. Although the name has changed, the good times will go on. This year's theme is "Egyptian Nights" and is sure to be a hit with a raft of Guests of Honour set to make an appearance.

Putting this list together we're stoked to see things growing bigger and better each year! There's so much on offer right here in Australia these days as our community just keeps growing. Even as we put this list together though we know there's stuff we've missed - FurJam, for example (sorry guys - couldn't find your dates anywhere!)
