How a bad fennec says thanks.

Awhile back one of you mentioned that the way that I thank followers for watching/faving seems out-of-character for being a sinister tyrant fennec boi. I have to admit, I agree that “Thanks for watching me! ^.^” is not becoming to an evil sneaky fen-fen who aspires to world domination. But I am at a bit of a loss... How can I sincerely thank new followers without offending them by being like NOW YOR MINE MWAHAHA.
((That is... I'm looking for ideas on how to remain in-character but not drive people away who don't know I'm in-character and will just think I'm being a pretentious asshole))
Any help would be welcome. ^.^ The best idea will be awarded a “get out of subjugation” coupon, for one day free of subjugation for you and your friends after I rule the universe.

A lovely non-dominant fox like Jaspian has a lot going for him, at least for those lusting after his exquisite tail. Of course, you can get the critter of your choice as either character, but being a dictator 24/7 has got to be a lot of work, and Jaspian is a great take-it-easy laid back change of pace character.
As to your question, your "NOW YOR MINE MWAHAHA" is fine; anyone who's offended has made a mistake and entered the wrong kingdom. If you want something less aggressive, how about, "You're a cute one - this way to my royal bedchamber!"

how about...
"Now that you are watching me, you will be given your own private viewing station... In your personal prison cell!"
"When I burn them all, you will be spared!"
Post an IC comment, then add an OOC to make it clear that you were just playing. (for those who might not guess that, on their own. ;)

Or you could just answer however you'd like and just have a note on your page that you act/talk in character.
Besides... I said "rule the world", not "rule the world well". If some bridges fall down or whatnot... I probably wasn't using those anyway.
I get where you're coming off at however: establish a vibe or be seen as just some commoner.
Funny how you and I are so much alike yet our views are totally clouded.
