Hmmm... interesting thought. I always figured my fursona would have the same voice I do... minus the German accent. But with the recent switch to a chakat that doesn't really fit anymore. Gotta put some thought into this.

I've always imagined wisty's voice to be smaller, "petite" even and rather androgynous. Playful and almost always happy sounding, quite unlike my own. How do you imagine your character's voice?

Keith David is known for many roles, such as Goliath in the Disney's Gargoyles, or Mufasa from Lion King.

A few forevers ago,  dorallizard and I determined our voice casting parts would be played by Angelina Jolie (for myself) and Catherine Zeta Jones for hir.

I think it still fits. Though I have enough of a vocal range I feel I can confidently do my own voice. Husky yet smooth and rolling, a feminine tenor.

Well, since most fursonas are fairly [sometimes fully] based on their owners, I always hear the voice of the characters creator.

It flits between all kinds of dialects, often changing mid sentence. Listening to a conversation with him is a nightmare of slang and pronunciation.
Primarily the stereotypical Newsreader British accent you hear on TV all the time, though.

When I use my fursona voice, I tend to use a mid-western American accent, only deepened slightly with some rougher tones. It sounds complex, but I've been doing it for years, now, I tend to switch to that voice without even realizing it, sometimes.

Summer is voiced by Tina Fey, who is smart, snarky, a little nerdy, and a little New Yorky.

Bunnyta is of Mexican descent, so she speaks with a slight Spanish accent. I dunno which voice actor would suit her best.

She swears in Spanish for comedic effect but if she's really pissed she just switches to English full time.

She is fully bilingual, and speaks English with the same 'singing' tonality changes from the Latin language.

I actual default to a completely different voice compared to my own when imagining him talking. A slightly lower toned one, with a gentler/coy-ish speaking demeanour. He'd also have entirely a different way of speaking (no accent, but a lot more fluctuation in tone and speed).

He sounds gravely and deep but its not much louder than a whisper. He speaks in broken sentence fragments, often strays from one thought to another without a care for who is listening.

I've often thought about this but never been able to nail it down. Genderbended maybe or sometimes it seems to waver. Definietly femmenine but easily able to drop to sultry growls given the species. Few different actors or vocal performers come to mind but nothing has really stood out.

Dracos's voice is several tones deeper than mine due to his size. He also has a bit more of a noble bearing to his speech, along with a sense of strength or inherent masculinity.

More relevant to you would be Kahnso's voice... And I'm not 100% on that. He's definitely deep. Gruff. Manly. But he also has a decent vocal range. Thing is, his "accent," if anything, is kinda midwestern. He's supposed to be from North Dakota.

I don't have a fursona as such, but I have wondered about one of my characters.

Ni Hao's a red panda, born in Tientsin China. He spoke Chinese as his milk language until he was eleven years old when he and his family were stranded in a small Pacific island nation where English is a second language.

What I've wondered about is his accent when he speaks English. I've described him having to repeat himself when talking to people who were raised speaking English. I've also hinted that his speaking voice is rather quiet, with a friendly tone at most times (he's a psychopath, who at age nineteen has killed about three dozen people).
