Clarification. Again.

So I got a copy of the message mom's been sending out and I want to clarify a few things.
"he has purchased art from you and spent $12,000.00 that we need for food rent and bills. he made bad choices and i am begging you to please refund the money he spent on the picture you gave him. we are losing our home and i am dieing because of this that he took the money for this."
I would like to say: all of the money I've spent on any commission was my own, that I've earned from my job or have had saved. I have NEVER taken money from my mother, father, or brothers. Our living situation isn't the best at the moment, but we are not "dieing". And as far as how much I've spent, that is an estimated cost; we're still trying to sort out how much money I've had/didn't have and where it's gone.

Again, I did not TAKE anyone's money. I spent my OWN money. I may have fucked up, but every dollar was mine to do so.

Try to find room mates that you can share the rent with them , or maybe people from FA that close to you , you can rent/live with them, sharing the rent or whatever. ( I saw alot of FA members move to live togathers )

Have you been contributing anything towards the household bills for the time you've been living under your parents' roof?
If you have been, (whether it's toward groceries, electricity, gas, renting your room, etc) then your mother is out of line completely. If you haven't been - and the majority of your funds have been going towards your own frivolous purchases, then I can see where her ire is coming from (I don't think she's entitled to harass the artists you had commissioned over the years - that much is uncalled for, as none of this is their fault - but she would have every right to be pissed off with having a grown, employed child living under her roof and doing nothing to help out with the household expenses).
True, it's your hard earned money and you have every right to spend it as you'd like; but I think being 22, you should be using at least some of that money to help out your family a little more, especially if you're living under their roof.
Just my take on this.
Regardless, I need to look over my finances, find out how much I've really been pissing away, and try to get my life back in order. And get out of this house. :V

It's horrifying and strange to think that she learnt about you, your spending history, how to navigate such a site and which artists she needed to message in order to request money. All quite difficult things for a person of her age to do, yet still manage to come off as someone irrational.

if you think that sounds "normal", I also lied about full time college. full time would be 12 units. I'm currently taking 24.5 units. I'm double full time.

Typical case of a furry spending money on frivolous shit, then moaning they don't have money for basic stuff like eating or rent.
I'm not being rude or harassing you, but I've seen this happening several times it's not even funny anymore, it's sad.
