I would say either one of these digimon
Wargreymon, An Anthro Metal Garurumon, or mabye a furry Piedmon
It comes down to you though.

My digimon know-how has ling since died out (but not my curiosity) so I really dont where to begin on suggestions. However, I would suggest you avoid "popular" ones.

There's a lot more digimon than pokemon and that's not talking about the uncommon ones.

The only ones i know that would fit would be Anubismon

you could probably find something to your interests. exveemon and veemon are pretty common, probably the most popular. leomon's also all around, and guilmon. they do have a minotarumon that you might like, or a pharomon. my vote would be either exveemon or minotarumon, just because they're often muscular and big. or leomon
