Ok so not only do i still need to raise money for surgery but right now I have to raise 700 for hydro bill or else we have no electricity! my mom just got a cut off notice in the mail today and she was making payments but they decided to want all of it NOW, so I'm real desperate, if we dont have hydro then we cant even cook and cant afford to go out to eat either, no lights no ...no nothing!
