Weasyl, a phantom town?

Hi, Kenji here.
After months of the so named "FA Exodus to Weasyl", I checked my account on that said, discovering there's less interactivity, with less than 20 submissions in my message board.
Also seems people is posting more in FA and other sites but less in Weasyl.
What's your opinion about it?
Would that site be like G+?
