I found a centipede in my room the other night.

I slept on the couch...

I'm sleeping on the couch 'cause of a centipede, too. Or at least that's the plan until I inevitably find one as soon as I turn off my 3ds. :[

As I was finishing streaming the other morning, a huge spider ran across my arm that snuck up on me, I still can't find it and I'm too terrified to sleep. D| It could've bit me.

Your arm?! I'm gonna be feeling that all night now! I recommend sleeping on the couch, then torching your room when you wake up.

I once was going to sleep in the living room cuz of a centipede....then I saw it in the living room an hour later or so. I think it was stalking me, waiting for me to fall asleep so it could strike. Those evil jerks!

Then the other night, one puppy guarded the door to the apartment building so I couldn't go back inside. I can handle spiders a little bit more than centipedes...but I still hate spiders. I can kill spiders by...throwing things at them...but I dare not do that with centipedes. Those lil jerks are fast. I'm so scared that I'll either miss or fail to kill them and then they'll run off and plan revenge on me.

(To any of you that say: They are harmless or They are more scared of you than you are of them or You could get a therapist to help you get over your fear....Quiet, I don't wanna hear that. I know all that and I really cannot help being freaked out by them. You have your quirks and I have mine)

and why do they enter OUR territory?! or jump on us? ya thought so! and it doesnt even matter if they are more scared of us than we are of them...the point is, we are scared of them and thats that.

Once I woke up, went to the bathroom, go to wash my hands, and I see a dark oval object move toward my foot. It was a cockroach :c. It died rather suddenly <.<

Thankfully I've never seen a cockroach in my house. Plenty in public places, though...

You might want to go on holiday this summer if you're not happy with bugs. Or lock the doors and windows in your house to keep the cicadas, and some of their noise, outside.

Mm, cicadas have never been much of a problem to me. I think they're too big to worm their way into the house. Although now that I've said that, I think I've doomed myself.

One of my UK friends posted a picture yesterday showing off the hundred baby spiders he collected from his room.

Over here, we get ants. Little tiny ants.

This doesn't sound so bad, right? Now, imagine them crawling all over your sink, your drawers, possibly getting into your food, on your skin...

Also, they smell something like... burning mint when you squish them. And you will squish them, or else they will crawl ALL over you.

I hate bugs.

Why, just last night I almost got mugged by a cockroach. I tossed a quarter at it saying that's all I had, and I ran into the house. I hate this time of year.

Whenever I see a spider I catch it in a jar then release them outside.

Whenever I try that, it always results in disaster. I tried it a few days ago. The spider was hanging out on the corner of my dresser-- I waited a while for it to move to a flat surface, and when it finally did, it dodged the container I had and I lost it forever.

They can be super speedy.

Let's see... One year we had a bunch of earwigs in the house... For the past few months I've been seeing a good number of silverfish around... And of course the ocasional spider. I leave the spiders alone in the basement though. They keep the others down.

Only those mosquitoes with fur creep me out... so tingly, yeck. Otherwise my cat does not allow bugs to exist inside of my apartment alive.
