(this is kinda what I am running now on my desktop; except I have 1TB HDD and no Kinect or Blu Ray)

It has 2 Operating systems on it, Windows firmware and Xbox firmware.

You will be able to make Skype calls, watch TV and Movies. It can/will be voice activated (ie Xbox ON) commands, you can set it up where it recognizes you and you dont have to manually sign in like you do now on the 360. I will recognize your voice/face with the Kinect and sign you in with that :D

Now thats better than the ps4.. But why 32 bit? Because isnt x86 32 bit?
