You're playing morrowind are you? That's one of the best games out there.
Assuming you don't know... download and install everything in this order. Morrowind > Tribunal > Bloodmoon. Make sure to right click, and do everything as an administrator.
After everything is finished downloading/installing, you mount or insert your CD. (I assume you know how to do that.) Make sure to mount Morrowind... and put everything... meshes, icons, textures, ect into their correct folders in the Morrowind Directory. My computer > Local disk C: > Program Files(x86) > Bethesda > Morrowind > Data files
Copy and past all the meshes, textures, ect into the Morrowind directory. Place meshes from the Morrowind CD/ISO into the meshes folder into the Morrowind directory on your computer. If a subfolder exists (For example, after clicking meshes, there is sometimes folders named after letters), make sure that the meshes in the CD/ISO's sub-folders match the one in your directory.
Do this with tribunal and bloodmoon as well. All error should be fixed.
