my rats semi-recently consumed mushrooms containing psilocybin in a dose equivalent to ~.7g in humans. I made the mistake of exposing them to an environment with much noise, and very crowded with other rats. they seemed to be enjoying it when their eyes were closed, though still disturbed by the noise and other rats, and overall didn't seem to be enjoying it. following that, they went in and out of a sluggish state I would describe as "depressed". now they seem to be back to "normal".

I should like to repeat the experiment, but I will seclude the rats and place them in a low-light, low-noise environment.

Yeah, my rats seem to enjoy a more stable / private environment with some soothing music and colorful dim lights. At 2.5g in this environment, beautiful, closed eye visuals can be very strong for the lab rats.

My labs rats also push themselves to be in a positive mood during, the outcome of that mood makes everything more enjoyable for the lab rats when on psilocybin. -

Last night, just after midnight, I gave my lab rat three tabs of LSD blotter paper. He has been given lower doses of this substance on previous occasions, but never this much, and it was relatively fresh. The chemical was administered on an empty stomach and physical effects such as elevated heart rate and body temperature were apparent within the first half hour after ingestion. The subject was restless for the first hour or so, and seemed to be adjusting to his new physical and mental state. For the following 4-5 hours, the test subject appeared to be captivated by vivid and intricate visual hallucinations which persisted until he fell asleep. After peak effects wore off and hunger returned, the subject demonstrated a preference for fresh fruit, which makes sense because fruit is fucking delicious.

I gave my rats 4 hits of LSD and then put them in tiny rat scuba gear and sent them swimming in a coral reef. There life was changed and Pink Floyd - Breath took on a whole new meaning to them.

I also gave them some 150x Salvia by burning it and fanning the smoke into there face. They felt like they were sucked into an 8 bit video game.

From anonymous: My fictional lab rat tried 25i-BNOMe recently in tab form and loved it. I did some research on it, and it's pretty new. Never let you rat snort it if you find it in powder form.
Lab rat reports a nice body high, euphoria and great visuals. Nothing crazy like LSD though. It was kind of spiritual. Also the nicest come-down.

I took a different approach: I administered a combined dose THC and DXM to my lab rat in a safe controlled environment he knew very well. The lab rat had never been exposed to either substance till this time. What other researchers told me did turn out to be true. The THC works with the DXM somehow to kick up the effects of the DXM at a much lower (and safer) dose than is usually administered to reach the same desired effects. The rats after an hour progressed deeper and deeper into there "trip" until the point about two hours later they either passed out or fell asleep but the trip became very intense and the rat seemed to enjoy this as it felt amazing. Music was much more vivid and the rat would listen up to four songs in a row staring off into space hallucinating before coming up from the trip only to descend again even deeper it seemed this pattern of behavior continued as the effects got stronger. till the rat either fell asleep or passed out.

Im amazed that these two substances in combination can work together chemically to create such a powerful mind altering Psychedelic..

A few months ago I gave my lab rat 4 tabs of LSD it had a wonderful time, but it showed signs of depression iratonal thoughts a few hours later seemingly falling into a "pit of dispare" but after 8 lines of cocane it still had hallucinogenic effects, but was in a much better mood.
