Amorem morte esse fortiorem. So last week I was told that my electric was going to be shut off in less than 48 hours.
Terrified I rushed all of my things to the DHHR to try and pick up some low income help from the state to help me get back on track with my electric bill.
I fought all day with those people, and eventually it was settled that I'd get some sort of paperwork in the mail telling me what I could get (money wise)
Tonight I checked my mail (after I got home from work) and fount 6 envelopes with my name on them. While most of them were junk mail, two of them were from the DHHR. These all stated that I made over $1,400 a month (uhh I wish, I make less than $650 a month, and $650 is how much my monthly rent is...
So they up and denied me any help what so ever. I plan on calling them on tuesday since this weekend is Memorial day weekend and everywhere is closed. But on top of this terrible charade of life-fuck, I learned the source of my near constant mouth pain.
I figured before it was just something to do with my fractured jaw, (from when my wisdom teeth grew in with not enough room almost two years ago) but I learned today that it's -worse-. There are molar-like teeth growing in BEHIND my wisdom teeth, and at this point I'm downing UNHEALTHY amounts of ibuprofen and benzocaine to try and stop the pain, but I have this gut wrenching feeling in that process I'm fucking up my liver or something with all the pain killers.
Oh, and that surgery? Forget that. I wish I had that kind of money. :/
So I'm just overall fucked.
Fucked by life.
Nowhere to go.
Not sure what's next for me, but I have to draw in$267.89 by Tuesday to start an electric payment plan otherwise I'm going to lose everything electric for possible MONTHS. I might have to open commissions or something, not that I could dream of that kind of money coming with my shitty art. :/
