General Info•

My preferred method of communication is via notes on Deviantart or FA
When you send me the details of your commission please include a refrence of your character and any minor details because it is your responsibility to provide me with all neccesary information for your commission.
Changes/alterations will not be made once the sketch has been approved
Payment•
Payment must be made in FULL before I start your commission
I only accept payment through PAYPAL. No exceptions.
Payment must be ready within 2 days of ordering your commission. If you do not pay within this time frame your slot can be given up to someone else. If I do not recieve payment within 5 days, your commisson will be cancelled.
Refunds•
If I cannot start your commission for whatever reason or you cancel it before I started you will be refunded in full payment.
I have the right to refuse work, if I cancel your commission you will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your commission after work has already been started you will recieve a refund minus a fee for how much I have completed.
Artwork is non-refundable once complete. This includes Adoptables.
Unless specified otherwise, people who receive refunds will no longer be able to order.
Deadlines•
Commissions are done one at a time, I normally take a list of 10 and do then in the order they were recieved, although, at times I have done them in an order regarding difficulty.
I will drop your commission if you are too inpatient. I am not a robot.
If you need your commission by a certain date for a birthday gift, anniversary, etc. I must have at least a 2 week notice
My Rights•
I have the right to refuse work, for any reason.
I have the right to post and copy my work, even if it is copyright of your character.
You CANNOT remove any signatures I place on your art.
Your Rights•
You have the right to repost any commission I have done for you to your gallerys as well as edit, crop, add text, and alter the commission as long as you credit me as the artist.
You have the right to print your commission and make copies.

So like, pose idea, is it adult or not? Is it shaded, does it include a background etc, what does the character look like.
All these things effect price :3
People are allowed to do whatever they want with the character/artwork after they purchase it, which includes reselling :3
He can find someone to buy her, there is no rules against him reselling her :o
