You know those little icons on submissions that warn you about the content that is inside it?
Well, after some researching and testing, we found out that:
Thumbnails only work if your settings are set to 100x100 pixels.

Every account has three settings, there is the 200x200, 150x150, and the 100x100.
By default (from what we were able to gather/figure out) your settings may be at 200x200 or 150x150.

How to fix this on your account:
Go to "My FA" drop-down menu (located at the top, on the right, next to your username).
Go down to "Account Management".
Then go over to "Site Settings".
Under "Site Settings", you will see a bunch of settings for your account.
Skim through til you see "Thumbnail Size".
Change your thumbnail size to "100".
Click save.
Now you may need to refresh so you can see the thumbnails.
