kitta1652 current home is falling apart to the point that is should be condemned. A year of water damage due to a very leaky roof has taken its toll on his home. It is literally raining through into Kitta's shower - before he turns on the faucet. It rains beside his bed in his bedroom, beside the sink in the kitchen, and a half dozen other points in the living room and by the front door. Mold has grown and spread everywhere to the point that over half of his home is uninhabitable due to the thick cloud of spores. Mice have eaten through dozens of packages of food. Bed bugs are eating him alive in his bedroom. Hornets, bees, moths, and other larger flying critters buzz around his room keeping him awake at night. Most recently, the ancient washing machine broke beyond repair and the nearest laundry mat is an hour's drive away. Traps have been set out and minor repairs have been done, but it is mainly a band-aid approach to the much larger issue.

These problems cannot be solved due to lack of money and resources, so  kitta1652 is faced with only one reasonable choice - give up and move out.
