All fursuit parts are made differently, none are the same, don't forget to keep in mind
that these things take a lot of time to build, sometimes a few months so be prepared for a waiting period.

Detailed VISUAL references will be needed in order to get the correct idea of what you want made. IF YOU DO NOT YET HAVE A VISUAL REFERENCE PLEASE WAIT UNTIL YOU DO! You may commission me for one if you don't already have a visual reference but it must clearly show the front and back of the character.

Also, please think before commissioning me for something. If you are unsure you like my style, don't commission me.


(MATERIALS USED DURING PRODUCTION)
Balaclava, upholstery padding foam, various adhesives, quality fleece, lycra spandex material, faux fur, plastic, buckram, airdry clay, acrylic paint, and MUCH more!


I am not responsible for any allergic reactions from chemicals or materials used in the making of items, nor the loss or damage of items during shipping. MADE IN A SMOKE-FREE HOUSEHOLD! I have 1 dog.


(ISSUES FOUND UPON ARRIVAL)
If, for whatever reason, there is an issue with the item when it comes out of the box, I will happily fix it for you but YOU are responsible for shipping costs! Also, I will not fix wear-and-tear problems that you yourself have caused without an extra fee.


(REFUND)
When your item is received and you're not satisfied with the product, I cannot refund you after 30 days of having said item.
If any issues occur, please contact me immediately after receiving the item so a refund can be issued or the problem solved in another manner.
In order to receive a refund, you must ship the item back, then you will receive HALF of the original price as the refund of an item $100 AND OVER. Anything under that price will not be refunded.


(PAYMENT PLANS)
If an item is over $100 USD (shipping not included) and you can't pay in full upfront, we can arrange a payment plan; 30% of the final cost of the item (shipping not included) will be the downpayment. THE DOWNPAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE!!!

ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE THROUGH PAYPAL!

I cannot start working on the project until you have made the first payment and I WILL NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ship before you have completed all payments!!!


(SHIPPING)
Shipping IS NOT calculated into the base prices! I am willing to ship internationally, however, if something happens and your item is lost then I am in NO WAY responsible. Also, if an item is being shipped overseas then it will cost more so please take that into consideration.
