Depression can cause pain in my case. When depressed my body goes into a sort of shock and then everything in ny body churns in pain. But having actual bruises sounds like something paranormal is going on......or your hurting yourself in your sleep somehow.

Dont believe in the paranormal personally, but I sleep like a brick and hardly budge..not sure what the ordeal is. I looked it up on Google apparently it can cause physical pain virtually by sleep. Fuuuuuuck depression xD

You may be like us. Some people have what is called "Somatoformatic stress syndome" (I probably butchered the spelling, mind you). It's a case where the mind will lash out on the body in times of stress or anxiety. In lighter cases, one only gets sores in their mouth or ulcers... in more severe cases people believe stigmata (unexplained bleeding from wrists/hands) may also be caused by such thing. *hugs* Just find a way to relax, let the darkness wash over you and dissipate. I'm sure you'll be fine my friend. ^w^
