Relaying a mesaage from my good friend  d-blue02
He's currently looking for help and tutorials on how to draw anthro dragon characters for a planned project of his, but so far has been unable to find much at all.
Since I don't draw dragons yet myself, is there any of you guys who might be able to help him out, offer any tips or point him in the direction of artists that do?
