Sure. I suppose I could add that to the journal too

go outside (or inside) and start looking at things differently, get down on the floor/ground and see from a cats perspective, or a dogs. Take out some sidewalk chalk and draw simple things from your childhood. Take a shower and sit in the bottom just thinking for a little while. Take a little walk and pause to observe your scenery or the animals. Go people watching and make up little stories about them and what they're thinking. Have a little chat with your characters. Imagine that they're right in front or beside you, get to know them, let them tell you their story. Imagine your characters in everyday life, interacting with one another. Or just lay on your bed and listen to music, day dream, take a nap. Eat something fresh and new, go cloud watching, watch the stars. Put your shirt on THEN your pants or vice versa, wear your hair in a different way. Take out some construction paper, glue and scissors, make something funny or stupid. Spend some time in the mirror and make faces at yourself, try to draw your sona with them.

When I can I take off weekends. Workload's been too high lately due to delays brought on by a series of destructive tornadoes
