Terms and Conditions

“And it is still true, no matter how old you are -- when you go out into the world, it is best to hold hands and stick together.”
ive never had terms and conditions before but a few things have been recurring recently so thought id actually make a list. :)
1. If you pay for artwork you can do whatever you want with it (post it in your gallery print it out, burn it) so long as its not then entered into a commercial contract and you are then suddenly earning money from something I have drawn (unless we've discussed this previously
2. All free scribbles may be used for drawing and colouring practice by anyone so long as credit is given and if a free scribble is of someone elses character it would be good if you asked their permission first.
3. Payment for commissions is usually asked for after the commission is finished and is via PayPal, but payment plans can be set up. I am pretty flexible when it comes to payments so if you have questions dont be scared to ask.
4. First you will get a rough sketch where you can change things, then you will get a lineart where minor changes will still be accepted. I will not change lineart once the picture is coloured unless its very minor and you ask really really politely
5. BE POLITE. please and thank you will get you much much further with me than forgetting to use them or just being rudely demanding
(this list is a works in progress if anyone can see anything ive missed feel free to point it out)

Mmmmm delicious cake pictures how I will enjoy you....
Thing 1 seems to basically mean that they're buying a license to use the artwork, not all rights to it. That seems to be how it usually works.
Mostly it seems like you're saying, "It's OK to do what you want as long as you don't turn around and be a jerk face." I wish more people in life would stop and think about ways they're being jerk faces and then quit doing those things.
I've always wanted to take my commissions and have them put on an icecream cake XD
but these seem like fair rules ^^
