Maybe I could give it a shot. I don't know if any artists who meet your requirements but I am alsways willing to try something new. Of course I will be more prone to try and do something if I have talked to the person so you are pretty much guaranteed a grade "E" piece of art work, "E" for effort that is.

Alright! Don't be expecting much though, I may be a decent artist when I am in the art kind if mood but I have never done ponies before of civil war uniforms. So this should get interesting. I just have a few questions. Do I have artist freedom? Do you want him standing erect? Should I just have him standing there or doing something? And finally I can only do traditional art so should he be colored in with pencil or were you looking for something digital?

He will stand in Uniform (Union Army Uniform), holding his 1776 Musket.

Alright. By standing erect I mean is he humanoid in that he stands on his hind legs with forelimbs as arms. Like a normal anthro character. I will be able to start working some time latter tonight of tomorrow.

Nope. besides, if you read the Weapons part of the Ref Sheet, you'll understand why I need to have a 1776 Musket than a Rifle.

Whatt kind of musket are we talking about here. There were an aweful lot of different muskets produced in 1776. Inorder to properly draw it I would need an exact type, style, or classification for the musket.

A specific country could help narrow it down to the point that I could hope to find a site that lists them.

A fine choice. I have already set to work. Turns out I have no idea whatthe uniform looks like so I will be looking up, simplifying, and ponifying it. Most likely I will not be using the pants since ponies can't wear pants. Also turns out that I have a replica union soldiers cap, I shakl wear it for the duration of this project starting as soon as I post this.
