[PROBLEM SOLVED] Google Not Working For Anyone Else?

Or is it just me?
Each time I try going to Google, I get this message:
"This webpage is not available
The webpage at https://www.google.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 15 (net::ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED): Unknown error."
It works on my phone, though.
And it's doing this only to Google. Every other site I go to seems to be working just fine. :/
Btw, I'm using Chrome.
