Google Wallet - Want to be able to send money?

So, basically -
Google Wallet is Google's e-payment service, similar to Paypal. However, one feature that it did /not/ have is hte ability to send money to other people.
...Kinda. Google Wallet was doing a random+viral rollout of that ability. Some accounts would randomly have the ability to send money enabled, and any account they send money to would have that feature enabled. This viral portion of the rollout would work if you got sent even a penny.
Sometime in the last few days, my account was one of the randomly enabled accounts. And now I've tested it - and yes, the viral workout works as explained to me by the support desk.

I'm willing to spend up to 5 bucks (500 pennies) to enable people's abiility to send money via Google Wallet. All you need is a Google Wallet account. It works just like Paypal. https://wallet.google.com/legaldocu.....rtos&gl=US is the Terms of Service, section 6 is the relevant rules - and as far as I can tell, there are no rules against pornographic material.
SO.
For US Residents: Either comment below with a GMail address, or send me a note. All I ask is that you spread this forward yourself!
In addition - make a journal linking to this journal. I hate doing that normally, but I want to get this out. I'm not getting *anything* from this, aside from maybe convincing people to use a payment processing service I can use.

Because I'm an idiot, I forgot to mention that this is US only. Not my rules, but Google's.
I actually think it's pretty impressive what Google has become. They are freaking everywhere X3 One your PC, they are selling their own laptops and phones with their own OS, they are engaged with SO many other companies and now you can even choose them as your ISP and send money to people through them!
And as for Google Fiber... 120 bucks a month for gigabit internet and TV? 70 for gigabit internet? Or FREE internet with a 300 bucks construction fee? HECK YES.
First of all, you don't get high upstreams. You usually get 1mbit, that's it.
And the average downstream is at 6mbit. Not because people can't afford better connections, but because the connections of our local ISPs simply can't give you more.
I am at 32mbit down/1mbit up. I pay 35€ for that a month.
To my knowledge the maximum you can get here right now is between 150 and 500 mbit down, but don't quote me on that.
For example, here in Germany they wanted to pass a law that would actively censor internet search results by giving the press the right to keep their articles out of those search results.
Google Germany launched a huge campaign against that law because it would hinder us from searching for what we want to see. (The law would also have to make Google pay for search results from certain publishers but you can't blame them for having an interest of their own :P)
Anyways, let me go set up the account.
I have: Paypal, Dwolla, Bitcoins, Alertpay (don't even like it), and now Google Wallet.
