You have been warned! I get very long winded sometimes haha! So here it goes, my Anthrocon 2013!!

Thursday-5:30am  eredran arrived to my house, we loaded up my car and after a Dunkin run, we made our way out to Danbury to pick up and . Around 8am the journey started to the great city of Pittsurgh! The drive down was a lot of fun, we sang cartoon themes and disney songs for a while, bopped our heads to some dubstep and hardstyle trance. We made a couple of pit stops along the way to get food and use the facilites, but around 3pm I took the exit off of the highway for downtown Pittsburgh :) I dropped off my ridemates at their hotels and made my way back to the Omni hotel. Now I am used to suburban life, and not the life of luxury lol. So pulling up to the front of a hotel and having the bellman unload my luggage, bring it up to my room, and all of that stuff I am not used to lol. All of my life growing up the most lavish hotel I have ever stayed at was Best Western lol. But after unloading all of my luggage into the room, we waited for the roommates to arrive :) Thursday evening we went over to sign in at registration, but we got there a little bit too late so we just wandered around and stuff, then went back to the room and got some food and just hung out for a while :) I did a little bit of suitting that night and took some pictures with people, but not a very eventful night but still fun!

Friday-after signing in at registration, friday was my dealers room day. Eredran and I navigated the dealers room for a while and bought some art prints and I bought a couple of plushes including a 5 foot long snow leopard plush :) It was Eredran's first time at AC so I wanted to make sure that he had an awesome time there :) I took him to one of my favorite artist's table and he commissioned a badge from . After lunch friday was just full of suitting and taking pictures. On the way back to the hotel, we stopped at a few stores and stocked up stuff to make some irish car bombs lol. Friday night was time to hit the Anthrocon rave! We loaded up on glowsticks and flashy things and made our way to the rave, and the dj's that were spinning friday night were amazing! They kept the hardstyle hits coming, and I took some awesome video footage too :) Friday night was a late night, didn't get to sleep until about 4am lol.

Saturday-this was probably the best day out of the entire weekend! I did as much suitting as I could! I think I spent almost half of the day in suit, between just walking around town and the con center. Plus the fursuit parade, and I got my acrylic badge after the parade too :) Around evening time I made my way back to the hotel, and upon walking into the lobby, I found myself emmersed in a group of kids no more than 8 years old :) I took a few pictures with them, gave them hugs, it was such an awesome moment that I teared up as I was walking to the elevator :) But then I dove into the stash of booze......and dove in I did because by 10pm I could not even stand up on my own two feet lmao. I found everything super hilarious, but I had to skip the rave because I couldn't even find the door :P But my roomies went to the rave, and one stayed behind to keep an eye on me. But within 10 minutes of them leaving I got very sick, but then felt a lot better lol. But after that I just passed out with my huge snow leopard in my arms and slept until about 2am when my roomies got back from the rave. I felt okay, still a little bit groggy but not too bad. I felt bad having to miss Renard but I would of rather of gotten sick in my hotel room than on the streets of PA or the rave floor haha.

Sunday-sunday was just as epic as saturday, and surprisingly i woke up with no hangover....no headache...nothing :) I was happy lol. I finally had my Furnando's lasagna wrap and it was delicious!! Sunday afternoon I made my way to be in Duke's AC dance video, i had been practicing all week leading up to AC and here and there in my hotel room. Well I did it, and I am so glad I did because it was a ton of fun! I skipped closing ceremonies to go back to the hotel to say goodbye to my roomies. But then something awesome happened! On my way back from doing the video shoot, a gentleman in a three peice business suit stepped into our elevator. He looked at me and said "Can I just tell you that you look awesome!" and then asked where he could go to buy a tail. Unfortunatley the convention was over and the dealers room was closed. But after an explanation why he needed one, we lent him one of ours. His mission was his 16 year old daughter requested that her 16th bday party was at the hotel during our convention, because she loved furries and wanted to be one herself. So her father wanted to wear the tail to show her that she had his support in what she wanted to do. But I took it another step further and suitted up, I went down to the lobby and ran into the birthday group lol. I took some pictures with them, and made a very memorable experience for the birthday girl. I felt accomplished :) But then my roomies left to make their way back home, which was sad, but I know I will see them all again soon :) Later that night we went down to the dead dog dance in the Westin, I went in my suit, I wanted to suit one more time. And I am glad I did because I met Sarduyoun :) Such a nice person, I'm glad I got the chance to meet him :) But after the dead dog dance was over, it was back to the hotel for some sleep and prepare for a long drive on monday!

Monday-i woke up around 9:30am, packed up my stuff ( I forgot to pack my razor, my powered toothbrush, and my bottle of shower gel...oh well lol) and said goodbye to my last roomie. After loading up the car and picking up my ridemates at the Marriot, I jumped back onto the highway and headed for home! We made a few stops along the way for food and stuff (I WANT A SHEETZ IN CT!), around 10:30pm I pulled into my driveway, Eredran packed his stuff into his car and made his way home. I walked in my house, was greeted by my kitties.....and after telling my fam about some of my weekend experiences.....I went and passed out on my bed lol.

And now here I am today.....the last day of my vacation. I am spending my day relaxing and doing nothing.....I may unpack my stuff later and do some laundry. Tomorrow I am going to be washing my entire suit.....after this it needs it.......very much lol. But to everyone I ran into this weekend, to everyone who came up to me to hug me and say hi.....and to all my new friends I made this weekend.....I love you all and thank you so very much for making this weekend my very best Anthrocon I have ever had!
