Sounds like the host is having problems across the board, meaning that tickets are entering into the end of a LONG a queue. Had that at a place I worked at once. Something on the AD servers hiccuped and we suddenly ended up with a 3-day backlog.

I'd definitely say "new host".
The way these ones have been treating you lately, I'd say you're perfectly justified in telling them to go stick their servers where the sun don't shine, and then signing up with one of their main rivals instead!

I'm having that problem, too...it never asked for that before for me, and it won't let me sign up, either.

I could recommend you a few things to save on bandwith while staying with your shared environment, or some better hosts.

Seriously, try looking around for a new host while they answer you. Whatever solution get to you first win the game!

consider going to a new host, going to a dedicated server (costly), or creating your own server (more costly, i would think.)

once revenue from TiTS gold starts rolling in, you should be better able to afford server costs.

Sorry to be a bit of a dope by asking this, as i just encountered this problem with your site, but... i'm getting a little message that says i require authentification to get onto the site, so i need to enter a user name and password. so is it locked down for everyone? or do you need to registure users or soemthin? just wondering if anyone else is getting this problem too. either case i hope this clears up as soon as possable as i'm a huge fan of CoC and i would love to get a chance to play TiTs.

It's locked for everyone, the page is basically down, nobody but the admin can access to it, I unknown the reasons but Fen is doing his best to restore it. You can still access fenchat using a IRC client or a site that provides the service.

Because porn demands that people register an account? Also, having a dedicated page is better because there won't be many distracting elements leading people away. And all in all, it's more flexible.
