password help!?...

my girlfriend has had an account on here and
for some reason she is trying to log back in but
is having a really hard time contacting the administrators
to get help with this problem.
the account is:
Neokitty
if for any reason she lost her password to her account
how could she go about reclaiming it?
the email that this account sends the original password
to is also no longer valid, this account was from 2009
and the email is an old gmail account that she hasn't
used in years.
if anyone can help this would be much appreciated.

the address it's affiliated with is no longer valid, this is an old account,
and she doesn't have access to the email account either.
I think this account is from 2009.
the real question is,
how do you contact them with no account?
but you can't seem to get in contact with them without
an account.
Contact any of them I suppose. I mean they have to use their accounts on a reg basis.
