You know the whole sad thing about this...

Always be at peace
This is florida...
"we'll be angry for a week"
"Talk about it for a month"
"Forget about it in a season"
My grandma in all this maybe the most right
"its both their fault in the end, they made this whole situation much worst than it should be. After all, we have Shoulders the fault doesn't fall on just one of em"
Maybe its just me, raised to think on both sides of the fence instead of just the one.
I know the rules of neighborhood watches, I know one rule is "to not intervene" so why did he? after all I know it would be fine enough to keep an eye on em from a distance but to not get involved right? (understand he was safe in his vehicle of when he spotted Trayvon)
Why did trayvon attacked Zimmerman, what was the reasons? Was he actually up to no good or as my cousin insight gave "A person I dont know came up to me, i'm already on edge at that point" What sparked Tray to actually attack Zimmerman?
Because of not only this case but a case in Maryland, the idea of the state and local police should set the guidelines for neighborhood watches have sparked, the idea of maybe getting some background checks too.
...
But this is Florida...
"we are angry for a week"
"We talk about it for a month"
"we forget in a season"
To those saying Zimmerman had that right, that is true he had that right. Just why the choices made both had to end with someone dying...

the post im posting was towards some one else that keeps playing the zimmerman side of stuff and slander basicly claiming cause hes gangsta he was guilty and deserved death logic
zimmerman had restraining order on him from his Ex girlfriend. only reason one would do that is if he was abusive stalkerish. or anger prone. how about this zimmerman may not of ment to kill but he did. he wanted to take downa bad guy weather real or imagined. sought out trayvon cause he saw him as the bad guy before he got out of the car. and then confronte dtrayvon broke out into a fight they were in the grass when it happend so shot there sure may of had bloody nose as those marks on his head is light compared to what would hapen when hit aginst concrete, ever fall off a bike? skates? all hell braeks loose when that happens large gashes so on and if some one intent on doing harm with concrete they would be bigger then that. but pics we see of the wounds on his head was tiny little niks bandaid over it cuts which would come from probly being hit in the grass. the blood you find at concrete may been bloody nose from the fight. and oh killed at the grass when he was seeking him out [which would void self defense law] so he makes up this story he was headed back to car and got jumped cause trayvons body was found in grass 6ft away how did the fight end up at concrete to 6ft away? if he claims always been near concrete? unless that was a complete lie and fight actualy happend in grass and blood found was bleeding nose. he knew he was aginst protocol of the watch and sought out trouble thus intent to attack or detain and thus working out side of law and killed some one. he knew if he didnt claim self defence he would life in prison. hes already cought lieing before due to money if he lied there where else would he lie? lie to protect hsi ass maybe?
i mean they found trayvons body over 6ft away from car why would it be there unless zimmerman moved it or what ever. but whywould he do that unless fight started in grass and he actualy confronted and provoked the attk which would be aginst self defense law [cant seek out trouble or place your self into said problem to start with well he did that by getting out of car] shot in grass and then walked to his car after cryign self defence and dripped blood there while he was being interviewed by cops.
One could also post how Martin was caught with Drugs in school, often posted about the fact he enjoyed a particular drug filled drink called "Purple Drank" that combined suger, a soft drink, and Codeine, not to mention the fact that he was also loitering around a home that in particular had been robbed by a young male earlier, not to mention he apparently enjoyed the "Thug life" and constantly was looking and picking fights, including the fact he actually swug at his bus driver before, as well as has been caught with someone else s jewelry.

zimmerman is no saint. nor was trayvon but what was martin doing just walking home. the point zimmerman says he was wandering houses? could that be him takeing short cuts to his home? or getting away from the car that was stalking him?. [face it we as kids also had shortcuts between houses to. zimmerman already deemed trayvon guilty when he said "they always get away" dont matter race or what but that line there says hes already seen him as the thug or the criminal of the area with out jury or trail. and broke protocol of the watch and voided in all honesty right to self defence least by the law as sure says fear life stuff. bUT says not to provoke or create the ordeal or start it. well getting out of car places him into danger and showing he was going to go after said person. that is seeking danger. he knew protocol and broke it and soem one died. could it be that he was the one who started the fight and then chagned his story on phone cause there was point in recordings he was saying he was following but stopped short and chagned he came out of shadows. travons team pointed that out. this means he was the agressor when he went after martin. if anything its manslaughter. and you dont bring a gun to a confrontation unless your going to use it. and as said in another post . he says trayvon went for the gun. this means he saw it at one point this could be seen to trayvon that this gu y was out to kill him and thus makeign trayvon fighting for his life. and trayvon could easly of left yes but zimmermans tone on phone and mood shows if trayvon tried to walk away he may of shot him. well if cant flee you fight. this is why you follow protocol. if he saw trayvon attacking or action breaking into window fine sure but that didnt happen now did it.
