Should I open sketch commission? and what do you think the price for sketch commission should be?

Based on what you've drawn there, in my personal opinion, it would probably go for a range of $5-$10.
2. I personally love getting $5 sketch commissions, but it all depends on how much effort a basic sketch takes you.
You should also list what sort of things you prefer to draw, and will and won't draw.
Yes, I think you should open commissions. Looking at your art already posted, it's looking good.
And I thing prices could be 7 to 15 dallors depending on complexity.
So long as you enjoy it, of course. That's the important part.
